Speed Humps to Slow Traffic on Flora Avenue
After the no right-turn from Arbor onto Flora was removed, speed humps will help control traffic speed.
Starting last Wednesday, it was legal to make a right turn onto Flora Avenue from Arbor Avenue.
The no right-turn sign was removed after residents on the street unified in their opposition to the sign.

But keep the speed down. Speed humps will be installed in the 7300 block of Flora Avenue to prevent speeding, much like the humps on neighboring Elm Avenue. The humps were approved by Maplewood City Council during last Tuesday's regularly-scheduled meeting.
The humps will cost $5,624.
