Family Nutrition Education Program is offering

FREE Adult Nutrition Classes!!

Each hour long lesson offers tips on food safety and prep, shopping on a budget, recipes, food tastings and more to promote healthy and active lives!

Classes offered on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:00 am AND in the evenings from 6:30 to 8:00pm!  These lessons are for adults, please make appropriate child care arrangements!
