Family Nutrition Education Program is offering

FREE Adult Nutrition Classes!!

Each hour long lesson offers tips on food safety and prep, shopping on a budget, recipes, food tastings and more to promote healthy and active lives!

Classes are offered at Amber Sky Tuesdays/Fridays from 11am until 12:15pm
