A memorial service is set for 2 p.m. October 10 at Clark Funeral Homes on South Wood Street, followed by a gathering at First Community Bank’s Community Room on East Main.

• Neosho football's 20-0 first quarter seals the deal against Willard (fourstateshomepage.com) — Neosho fans saw the Wildcats explode for 20 first-quarter points on senior night, cruising to a 46-21 win over Willard at home. The offense stayed hot all game, and the team now turns its attention to hosting Joplin on Friday, October 9, giving local supporters another big matchup to circle.
