
FZN Senior Shaun Beeman will continue his wrestling career at Missouri Baptist University located in St. Louis County. Shaun completed an outstanding career at FZN. He earned "All-State" status three times by finishing 4th, 3rd, and 5th at the Missouri State Wrestling Championships. In addition, Beeman was a two-time GAC champion. The GAC is widely regarded at one of the "toughest" conferences in the state of Missouri.
Beeman wrestled at 113 lbs. the last two seasons at FZN and is expected to compete at 125 lbs. for the Spartans. Missouri Baptist is coached by St. Louis wrestling legend, Brian Jackson, who was a former State Champion for Desmet High School and a NCAA Division 1 "All-American". Missouri Baptist competes as a member of the American Midwest Conference and is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
