Mobile homes have no protection. Apartments have been protected by rent control.
It is very possible for an owner of a mobile home will pay $1000.00 a month for pad fee. There is nothing we can do, but to stop it now. &nbsp;You might be paying the fee or sell your mobile home.
Please &nbsp;go to change. Org and sign the petition to stop &nbsp;outrageous prices.
Call the mayor and &nbsp;tell them your concerns.
If you don’t do anything, you must be rich, because I can’t afford &nbsp;that price hike and a lot other people can’t either.
