There are a lot of good businesses in O'Fallon and as residents, we all benefit from them. However, the very best run business is Chick-Fil-A.
One reason is the food consistency. I know that every time I eat there, my food is going to be the same, tasty food I have come to rely upon.
Another reason is the accuracy of the drive-through. Nothing irks me more than ordering fast food and when I get home, finding my order was prepared incorrectly. Chick-Fil-A has always gotten my order correct.
Lastly, the employees at Chick-Fil-A actually care about their jobs. They are genuinely friendly, want to provide customers with high quality and work hard. The place runs like a well oiled machine and it's spotless.
