The Virgin Mary is famous in the Greek Scriptures as giving birth to a child through the power of the Ruach HaKodesh (holy spirit). However, many people don't know she isn't the only woman in the Bible to have this miracle occur to her.
All the matriarchs of the Bible were barren.
Sarah conceived a child not through having relations with Abraham, but, "The Lord God remembered Sarah as he had said....and did what he had promised her. And so, Sarah conceived and bore a son to Abraham. (Gen. 21:1-2).

Rachel also concieved through the power of the Ruach HaKodesh (holy spirit) as well. We read, "Isaac prayed to The Lord on behalf of his wife, for she was barren." (Genesis 25:20). And we read, "Isaac's prayer was answered."
Neither of these passages indicate that Abraham or Isaac had sexual relations with Sarah or Rachel. With Abraham, God simply remembered His promise and kept it and with Isaac it was prayer that let God to answer.

Keep in mind that when Sarah had Isaac, she was past menopause. She was 90 years old! There was no physical way she could have had a child without this miracle from God.
