Stop increase Mobile homes pad fee

The mobile home increased. The owners of the parks are doubling and tripling their pad fee.

Mobile homes have no protection. Apartments have been protected by rent control.

It is very possible for an owner of a mobile home will pay $1000.00 a month for pad fee. There is nothing we can do, but to stop it now.  You might be paying the fee or sell your mobile home.

Call the mayor and  tell them your concerns.

If you don’t do anything, you must be rich, because I can’t afford  that price hike and a lot other people can’t either.

Nothing will change unless we  change it.
