I like the job Classic Carwash did detailing my car. Up until they lost the dividers for my cup-holders.
Classic Carwash did look for the cup holders. They even contacted the kid on duty yesterday who cleaned my car and he didn't know where they were.
The solution? Classic Carwash told ME to go to the Toyota dealer, buy some new cup holder dividers, bring them to the carwash with the receipt and they would reimburse me.
Is there anything wrong with this picture?
Why should I have to spend gas money and MY time going to the dealership to do all of this? Classic Carwash should have to send someone over to do this. After all, it was their fault, not mine. Let one of their employees go through all the hassle. They shouldn't make the customer do this.
So here's yet another business where the customer isn't put first; and another business I won't be patronizing in the future.
