Dardenne Prairie, MO – The Parks & Recreation Commission of the City of Dardenne Prairie will formally break ground on the new City Hall Park at 1:00 p.m. on April 23. The groundbreaking will be held on the new City Hall Grounds and will be in conjunction with the annual Spring Splash activities.
