Yoga: Yoga Flow

This 75-minute open-level class is designed for those desiring to begin a regular Yoga Practice or deepen an existing practice. Filled with contemporary Christian music, breath work, standing and seated postures, and a shot rest and meditation, this flowing class will keep the heart rate elevated, improve balance and focus, build stamina, and bring peace. Celebrate God's intention for the body to move, breathe, and become. For ages 12 and older. Led by Dede Schreiner, Certified Yoga Instructor.
