Fitzpatrick to perform double-duty for the Leathernecks

Justin Fitzpartick will play both football and baseball for Western Illinois.

FZN Senior - Justin Fitzpatrick recently signed a “Letter of Intent” to play both football and baseball for a Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL. A three-sport athlete at FZN, Fitzpatrick will narrow his focus to football and baseball at the college level. Fitzpatrick was limited to just four games, due to a broken foot, this past fall during football season. He was named 1st team “All-Conference” football as a junior. Last spring, Fitzpatrick was also selected a a member of the 1st team “All-Conference” baseball squad. In addition, to football and baseball, Fitzpatrick is a two-year starter for the Panther basketball team. His brother, V.J. (FZN Class of 2012), currently plays football for Cornell.
