Fort Zumwalt North Fall Practice Schedule

Practices will begin Monday, August 1st for all FZN fall athletic teams. In order to participate in athletics at Fort Zumwalt North High School each student needs to have a completed MSHSAA physical on file with the FZN Activities Office.

All athletes will meet in the school auditorium on August 1st at 7:00 am before proceeding to their respective practices.

Football 7:00 am - 10:00 am

Cross Country 7:30 am - 9:30 am

Boys Swimming 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (@ St. Peters Rec-Plex)

Softball 7:30 - 10:00 am

Girls Tennis 7:00 am - 9:00 am

Girls Golf 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm (@ Cave Springs Driving Range)

Boys Soccer 8:00 am - 10:30 am

Girls Volleyball (8/1) 8:00 am - 10:30 am (8/2 - 8/5) 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Cheer (8/1) 8:00 am - 11:00 am (8/2 - 8/5) 2:45 pm - 4:45 pm

Dance 8:00 am - 10:00 am
