FZN Cross Country off to a strong start!
The Panthers capture two team trophies at the First Capitol Invitational.

The FZN boys and girls cross country teams both kicked off the 2015 season last Friday at the First Capitol Invitational held in St. Charles. The boys team claimed top honors as four individuals: Chris Allensworth (2nd), Jerald Caldwell (6th), Ryan Deeken (13th), and Hunter Boker (16th) all earned individual medals. It was the first team victory for the boys since the 2010 season.
The girls placed 3rd at the meet. The team had four individual medalists: Jocelyn Quiles (6th), Morgan Avery (8th), Hannah McNiff (10th), and Tori Nesslage (13th).
In addition to the success of the varsity runners, Panther JV runner, Cole Sutton, captured the individual title in the JV race.

This Saturday (9/5), the FZN Harriers host their own invitational on the campus of North High. The first race is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am.
