The FZN Girls Basketball team has a strong showing at the Orchard Farm Tournament last week. The team took home the third place trophy after a thrilling last second victory over the host team from Orchard Farm. Nicole Blackburn corralled a loose ball in the lane and made a basket with under three seconds to play to lift the Panthers to a 40 -38 victory. The Lady Panthers also had two members represent them on the "All-Tournament" Team, sophomore Caitlyn Delaney and freshmen Rachel Pudlowski. The Lady Panthers are now 3 - 2 on the yond season.
The Lady Panthers return to action this Friday (12/13) as they play host to the Pirates of St. Charles. Tip-Off is scheduled for 6:30 pm.
