FZN Girls Soccer is off to a strong start!
The team has won seven of their last eight games.

FZN Girls soccer is of to a 7 - 3 (3 - 1 conference) start this season. The team has won seven of their last eight contests. Most recently, the Panthers defeated their long-time rival Fort Zumwalt South (3 - 2). It was the team’s first victory over their sister school since the early 1990’s. The Panthers have been led by Arkansas State recruit, Cassidy Menke (12), who has scored 10 goals along with 6 assists up to this point in the season. The strong play of Anna Durnin (10), who has scored 9 goals with 6 assists this season, has given the Panthers a powerful one-two punch. Lacie Todd (11), with 4 goals this season, has also been a offensive threat for the Panthers.
On the defensive side of the ball, 3-sport star, Rachel Pudlowski (10) has been impressive at sweeper. Courtney Crogan (10) has recorded two shutouts as team’s primary keeper.
The Panthers are back in action this weekend as they host O’Fallon Christian on Friday (6:00 pm) and Fort Zumwalt East on Saturday (1:00 pm). The Panthers will look to avenge an earlier losss to East, as the game could play a pivotal role in conference play.
