FZN to host the District Championship football game!
The Panthers remain unbeaten in 2015.

The FZN football team continued their stellar play this season as they defeated Parkway Central 35 - 0 in the semi-finals of district play. The margin of victory was somewhat of a surprise to most observers, as the Panthers had previously defeated Parkway Central 12 - 10 earlier in the season. WIth the victory, the Panthers moved to 10 - 0 on the season. It is the best start in school history.
Last Friday the Panther defense turned in their best performance of the season, holding Central’s offense out of the end zone the entire game. The defense was led by the Brister brothers (Dacey and Cade) who tied for a team high 11 tackles. Blake “The Bus” Wilson, Tay Robinson, and Braden Harris also stood out for the Panthers on defense. Offensively, both Cade Brister and Austin Cox rushed for over 100 yards. Cade Brister scored four of the Panther touchdowns, while Tay Robinson added the final touchdown of the night with a 30 yard touchdown run. Jonathan Banowetz kicked all five extra points.
This Friday (11/6) the Panthers will host Parkway West in the District title game. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 pm. Admission is $6.00.
