FZN sends two to Cajun Country!

Lilly Humphreys and Harmony Trax to play tennis for LSU - Shreveport

FZN seniors Lilly Humphreys and Harmony Trax recently signed to play tennis at LSU - Shreveport located in Shreveport, Louisiana. Both were four year members of the FZN girl’s tennis team. Last fall, the Panthers completed their most successful season in school history. The team captured the school’s first ever conference championship in the sport of tennis. In addition, the team finished the season with an overall record of 12 - 1 and advanced to the District Championship match. Humphreys and Trax were major factors in the team’s success. Both players earned individual conference championships playing in the #1 (Trax) and #2 (Humphreys) singles sports for the Panthers. The two combined their skills as FZN #1 doubles team, where they added an additional conference championship finishing the regular season undefeated in match play. The pair of Humphreys and Trax advanced to the state sectional by finishing second in the District doubles competition.

LSU - Shreveport competes as a member of the Red River Athletic Conference. They are affiliated it the NAIA.
