Top Newcomers: Devan Edwards (12), Tyler Edwards (11)
First Game: November 26th vs. North County Tech @ Borgia Tournament 6:00 pm
Quote: "We will return 62% of our scoring with Rapplean, Alkhaldi and Lee all averaging 10 ppg. last season. We welcome slasher Devan Edwards, who scored 6.5 ppg. at Miller Career Academy last season. This year's team is going to be very long, as we have 7 athletes 6'3 or taller, and very athletic, which should make it hard form teams to score. They have the ability to play on the perimeter and score inside the paint. Leee and Rapplean will lead the way on the perimeter as they both shot it above 40% from 3-point range last season. Alkhaldi will secure the paint and be one of the best post players in the area. Cole Rigglman and Drake Stevenson are high energy guys that will make a lot of good things happen when they are on the court. Tyler Edwards will be our best on-ball defender and his energy is contagious. Nathan Shedd has a high basketball IQ and will help the Panthers close out games with his decision making and ability to make free-throws. Zach Keeven and Orlando Churchman will provide depth and energy for the team. As team we hope to compete for conference and district titles.” Mike Uffmann
Girls Basketball

Top Newcomers:
First Game: December 3rd @ Francis Howell North – 6:30 pm
Quote: “I am very excited about the upcoming season. As a new coach, I am excited to build on the success that has preceded me. North High has a lot of success over the last several years and it is my goal to continue and grow the program. Our goals are to go out and compete every night. We want to put a great product on the floor, one that fans, students, staff and the entire community will be proud watch. We want to compete for a conference and district championship and hopefully more.” Dusty Weiskopf

First Meet: December 5th vs. Hannibal/Washington – 3:30 pm @ Rec-Plex
Quote: “I am looking forward to see what records will be broken this season. Our heavy hitters are Gwen Raziq, shooting for the 100 free record, and Sydney Kelsey is shooting for the 100 breaststroke record. Madi Watters and Nadia Wuest are shooting for state medals in diving. The team’s overall goal is to have all three relays make it to State competition and at least 2 to 3 individual events qualify for State.” Alice Maloney
