Gender wars

OK time to get down and dirty.  It is Gender Wars time.  The Blame game will be played at a later time in court.  Let me lay it out for you.

As the clothing becomes tighter and tighter the incidents of rape are going up and up.  Also the morals of this country are going down the toilet as fast as possible.  Here are our opponents.

Females.  Ladies wearing what is supposed to be fashion at a level that is showing all they have to offer to a potential mate.  As far as their morals go a Female Cat in Heat offers more promise to a mate than they do.  Sex is good and if it is not then you can always claim rape in court.

Males.  Gentlemen are out the door.  If there are any left they are married and they have children of their own.  Alley Cat Tomcats are all on the prowl.  They promise anything and will wear anything just to get a mate.  Oh and she has to look good as well.

Hispanic Females versus Caucasian Males... They play the game of keep away.  Sometimes it is called the game of seduction.  Caucasian Males will always lose this game due to the fact that they forget to keep their hands to themselves. 

Different country Females versus Different Country Males...  Guys you will win some and lose some.  It depends upon what you are looking for.  Yes she will be your sexy spouse but is that all you want?  Yes he represents a chance to leave country xxxxxxxxxx for country Zzz but is he really worth it?

Sexy female/male at work.   Sorry folks but that crosses the safety line.  You really need to go home and change into something less revealing.  I have worked in factories, construction sites, with explosives, been in the military etc.. Once at work you should cover it up or you will be sited for creating a safety hazard.  However if your job is sexy thing at work ie Playboy/girl toy, Hooters waitress, sexy model, etc.  Go ahead and flaunt it.  Just leave it at work.

Morals; The current state of morals is just about the level of an animal in heat.  People note that there are no morals left.  Wrong there are morals it is just that everybody wants what they want and they want it now.  Not later, or tomorrow, or next week.  There is also a philosophy going around called I am not at fault because... you fill in the rest.

The only real solution I see to all the problems is to punish both parties involved.  I don't care if it is male on male or female on female or man on woman.  Both parties should be punished.  Both parties made a choice so both parties should get their reward.  If a child is produced then both parties pay for it fifty fifty.  In the case of same gender both go to jail.  One for inciting.... the other for the act.  Then spay or neuter the attacker.
