Huser to take aim for the Archers!
FZN Senior Jeff Huser plans to continue his baseball career.

FZN Senior Jeff Huser recently signed with St. Louis Community College to play baseball for the Archers. The SLCC baseball program operates from the Meramec campus located in Kirkwood. Huser is a three year member of the Panther's varsity squad. Last season, Huser was selected as a member of the GAC Central "All-Conference" second team. Playing third base for the Panthers, Huser is currently batting an impressive .377. His season got off to a strong start when he hit a walk-off home run in the team's opening game this spring. Huser and his teammates recently defeated conference rival Fort Zumwalt South to capture the GAC Central title! The Panthers finished 7 - 1 in conference play. During the summer months, Huser competes as a member of the St. Louis Stallions baseball club.
St. Louis Community College has a long and storied history in the sport of baseball. David Freese, of 2011 World Series fame, was a former player for the Archers. The team competes in the Missouri Community College Athletic Conference and is affiliated with NJCAA.
