Earlier this summer Michael Brown was shot and killed by Officer Darren Wilson. Michael Brown was an African American who weighed some 260 pounds at age 18 and stood 6 foot 6 inches.. Ferguson Missouri went up in riots to the point that the state police were called in and a State of Emergency was called for the City of Ferguson. Information about the killing of Michael was slowly leaked to the public including the fact that Michael and his friend were walking down the middle of the street where cars normally drive. There was a perfectly good sidewalk along side the road... Later reports reveal that Officer Wilson had suffered a broken Eye socket in his altercation with Michael... Family wants to execute Officer Wilson no matter what. The whole situation is under Investigation by the FBI and St. Louis County Grand Jury... All evidence is on the table for the Grand Jury. The family is screaming foul play and demanding everyone involved resign and or go to jail... Officer Wilson has testified to the Grand Jury and the FBI... Verdicts are expected sometime in January of 2015.
What crime did Officer Wilson do? Unknown at this time. All police officers in Ferguson are now required to wear a body camera. This may or maynot have helped Officer Wilson. What did Michael Brown do? He robbed a Liquor store of Cigars which were still on his body, Assulted, supposedly, a Police Officer, Walked down the middle of a street blocking traffic, and ignored orders to get on the sidewalk.
