Morrison takes charge of Panther volleyball
Mark Morrison is the new head coach of the FZN girls volleyball team.

Mark Morrison has assumed the head coaching duties for the FZN girls volleyball team following the resignation of long-time coach Scott Clynes. Morrison had previously worked as an assistant coach within the program for a year before being promoted. He also serves as the head coach of the boys volleyball program and as FZN's JV girls basketball coach. The Chicago native graduated from Proviso West High School before attending Muhlenberg (PA) University where he played 4 years for the Mules. Before arriving at Fort Zumwalt North, Morrison taught and coached for 14 with the St. Louis School District. While there, he coached both volleyball and basketball. Morrison takes over a program that finished last season with a 17 - 11 record. This season the team hopes to compete for a conference title. The team will be led by returning standouts: Jamie Hauser, Mya Young, and Miranda Hoecklmann as well as newcomer and Florida State signee, Tiana Jackson.
The Panthers open the 2016 season on August 23rd at St. Charles High School.
