Police Blotter: Thief Takes Trowel Machine, Gas Can from Truck Bed

The following information was supplied by the O'Fallon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

• A cell phone was stolen from a home in the 2000 block of Winter Hill Drive. 
• A gas can and a trowel machine were taken from a truck bed in the 100 block of Fox Haven Drive. 
• The victim attempted to make an internet purchase and wired money out of the country. It was a scam. 
• A battery pack was stolen from Walmart. A 29-year-old St. Charles male was arrested. 

• Change was taken from an unlocked vehicle in an open garage in the 1500 block of Briarchase Drive. 
• Two gas cans were stolen from an open garage.
