Potbelly Sandwich Shop Opens Third Location in St. Louis
The beloved shop brings its signature sandwiches, shakes and live music to O'Fallon
Potbelly Sandwich Shop announced today that its third shop in the St. Louis area will open to the public on March 1 at 2025 Highway K in O’Fallon. The widely acclaimed neighborhood hangout features toasty warm sandwiches, made to order salads, hand-dipped milkshakes and live, local music, which make it “The Best Place for Lunch.”
Potbelly has earned a reputation in communities across the United States for having delicious food, fun décor and fresh tunes. All three Potbelly locations near St. Louis are owned and operated by local residents Todd and Angie Stimson with partners Lawrence and Monica Boveri, including the Clayton shop at 12 S Bemiston and a Creve Coeur location at 11615 Olive Blvd.
“We are very pleased to open our third Potbelly Sandwich Shop in the suburbs of St. Louis,” said Todd Stimson. “Our friends, neighbors and members of the community do not have to travel very far to find Potbelly’s mouthwatering sandwiches and shakes.”

Todd Stimson first sampled Potbelly’s toasted sandwiches when traveling to Chicago and instantly fell in love with its atmosphere, charm and mouthwatering menu. He and his wife, Angie, dreamed of owning their own business and we’re thrilled when Potbelly first began franchising. They opened their first shop in 2012 and have continued to expand, now opening their third location.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop first opened in Chicago in 1977, and now includes more than 300 shops across the United States. There are also 30-plus franchise shops in the United States and abroad.
O’Fallon’s Potbelly Sandwich Shop is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Catering and delivery are available.
