River City Rascals Playoff Tickets Now Available

Frontier League playoffs begin in September for defending League Champions. The Rascals are dominating in 2011 with a league-best record.

River City Rascals playoff tickets went on sale Tuesday at 10 a.m.

The reigning Frontier League champions are in first place in the West division, with a league best record of 48-17 as of Aug. 2.

The Frontier League Divisional playoffs will begin on Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 7-8, with the number one seed hosting the first two games.

According to the Rascals website, the No. 1 seed would also receive the fifth game, if necessary, at home on Monday, Sept. 12.

All home games are slated for the first pitch to be thrown at 7:05 p.m., with the gates opening at 6 p.m.

The Rascals have a magic number of 16 games to clinch a playoff spot.
