Sales & Business Partnership Opportunity

Business Partnership Position (For the RIGHT candidate) & Development Opportunity (Sales)
Seeking motivated business PARTNER for Sales Dept of an evolving technology related company.
Straight Commission (You get paid for the business you create -- over and over and over again! $$$$+++ )

Responsibilities will include:
* Supervisory role of sales department and ability to motivate, mentor AND pass on the Vision to a sales staff as acquired. 
* The ability to close a sale, as well as a passion for retention and customer service.
* Manage and continually build the sales territory. As well as development and implement the sales strategy to the sales team.
* Highly organized with the ability to handle diverse personalities.
* A can do attitude, with emphasis on honesty, integrity, and leadership.
* Able to think outside-the-box is a MUST.

A technology background a major benefit, but not the end-all. 
Experience in sales/marketing a service instead of a product would be very helpful.
