Varsity Football rolls to a 3 - 0 start!

The FZN Varsity football team moves to 3 - 0 on the season with a 56 - 0 victory over Troy.

The Panthers completely dominated every facet of the game in their recent victory over Troy. Forced to play on Saturday due to the severe weather Friday night, the Panthers had little trouble adjusting to the new time and date as they defeated Troy 56 - 0.

Six different Panthers found the end-zone during the game: Brenden Pierce (on three different runs), Justin Fitzpatrick (interception return), Tre’ Johnson (run), Deon Lewis (run), Marcus Jones (interception return), and Cam Fullerton (kickoff return). Deon Lewis led the way for all rushers as he totaled 123 years on just 5 carries, including one for 98 yards!

Defensivly, leading tacklers were Tay Robinson, Levi Kessels, Josh Hoener, Dacey Brister, and Cade Brister. As a unit the defense outscored Troy by 12 points and recorded the first shutout for the team in the last eight years.
