• Missouri livestock owners alert for screwworm symptoms (fox4kc.com) — Owensville-area livestock owners are being urged to watch closely for signs of New World Screwworm, even though no Missouri cases have been reported yet. New state rules now restrict animals entering from infested zones, and local ranchers in Gasconade County say they’re already stepping up inspections of cattle and other mammals for suspicious wounds.
