Image360 St. Louis Achieves Experiential Graphic Design Certification
Custom Graphic Solutions Provider Expands Service Offerings for Local Clients by Completing XGD Certification
Image360 St. Louis West recently obtained its Experiential Graphic Design Certification, a sought-out graphic design authorization that will broaden the signage services the Center can provide to the organizations and businesses it serves.
The certification achievement was led by local resident and owner of Image360 St. Louis West, Bill Elder, who has been an entrepreneur for 15 years and also serves as the company’s president. In this role, Elder has gained experience working closely with clients on complex projects, which inspired him to expand the company’s scope of services with the Experiential Graphics Design Certification.
“Earning the certification wasn’t easy, it required a lot of hard work and time, but our team at Image360 in St. Louis was highly determined to make it happen,” said Elder. “I knew from the start of the process that our team members not only had the capabilities and drive to accomplish our goal of earning the certification, but that it would also be a great benefit to our clients and our business’s continued growth. We’re thrilled to introduce our customers to Experiential Design, and we will use certification as an asset to continue meeting the signage needs of our community.”

The Image360 Center was presented with the opportunity to take part in a program to receive certification for those interested in pursuing the Experiential Graphic Design (XGD) market. Centers who apply must meet a set of qualifying standards. Once accepted, the Center must attend a three-day training session and receive a passing grade in order to earn their certification which will provide their location access to exclusive ideation, sales, production and marketing services. By the end of the certification process, owners will have the ability to understand how to ideate, market, sell, price and install XGD, create and secure sales goals from XGD projects and build a plan for achieving the goal.
Experiential Graphic Design involves a hands-on, consultative and solution-driven approach and involves incorporating wayfinding systems, architectural graphics, branded environments and graphic and exhibit design. This form of design marketing helps to shape every visitor’s experience, providing them with information and appeal in all environments.
