Staigmiller sentenced in fatal 2025 carjacking in downtown Great Falls (theelectricgf.com) ā A woman has been sentenced to a century-long prison term, with part suspended, for a 2025 carjacking that killed beloved downtown Great Falls tattoo artist Sarah Bailey. Testimony from family, friends, witnesses, and police described the random, traumatic nature of the crime and its impact on the Great Falls community, while the judge weighed punishment, public safety, and the defendantās addiction and remorse.

Fostering community through the Adopt-a-Park program in Great Falls (krtv.com) ā A new partnership of recovery and youth organizations has adopted Chowen Springs Park through Great Fallsā Adopt-a-Park program, and theyāre inviting residents to help clean it up. The three-day event features policy sessions, industry speakers, Coffee Talk discussions, and a public Sunset Banquet fundraiser at the Newberry, offering locals a chance to connect with Montanaās livestock community.

KRTV Features Chinook Hall of Chapters Entry (blainecountyjournal.com) ā Great Falls recently hosted the 96th Annual Montana FFA State Convention, where KRTV highlighted Chinook FFAās creative Hall of Chapters display during its April 2 newscast.
