• Ravalli Co. commercial/industrial property (bitterrootstar.com) — Ravalli County is seeking bids to lease its commercial and industrial property at 192 Kurtz Lane in Hamilton, including office and garage space, with bids due by Friday, May 29. Commissioners will open and may award the lease on June 3 in Hamilton. Interested locals can request full bid details or a site visit from the Commissioners’ Office.
   

• Candylands Minor Subdivision (bitterrootstar.com) — A new five-lot Candylands subdivision is proposed just north of Hamilton, with three residential and two commercial lots adding traffic and one student to the Corvallis schools. Ravalli County commissioners will hold a public hearing June 4, and residents can review the plans at the county planning office in Hamilton or online and submit comments beforehand or at the meeting.
