The highly specialized complex supports large-scale equipment testing, improves operational efficiency, and was designed for future expansion, with interiors inspired by the nearby Sleeping Giant landscape and input from local contractor Dick Anderson Construction.
   

4. Montana Student Art Contest (blainecountyjournal.com) — Montana students, including those in Helena, can submit artwork now through January 29, 2027 for a chance to have it displayed for a year in the Office of Public Instruction building in Helena. The statewide contest, themed "Montana through Your Eyes," bans AI-generated art and offers recognition certificates, spring installation, and a planned recognition event for selected artists.
