• Legals for September 30, 2026 (phillipscountynews.com) — Local residents should know that Phillips County commissioners will hold a public hearing on October 5 at 2:15 p.m. at the Malta courthouse to consider creating the Sleeping Buffalo Water District. The notice also prints the full text of two statewide constitutional initiatives that Malta voters will see on the November 3, 2026 ballot, covering judicial elections and citizen initiative rights.
