• City gains Broadway right-of-way in exchange for building removal (missoulacurrent.com) — Missoula is moving ahead with safety upgrades at the West Broadway–Toole Avenue intersection by securing future right-of-way in exchange for funding removal of a long-vacant, vandalized building at 1260 W. Broadway. The deal clears a safety hazard, helps a food-truck court project, and advances a broader West Broadway master plan that includes new housing, retail, and transportation improvements. 
• Eye drops, dog food recalled over contamination concerns (nbcmontana.com) — Missoula readers are being alerted to two nationwide recalls that could affect local households: certain Clear Eyes Maximum Itchy Eye Relief drops and specific Fromm wet dog foods. Both recalls stem from contamination concerns, with no reported injuries yet, and residents are urged to stop using affected products and return them for refunds.
