ā¢ Polson City Manager resigns (leaderadvertiser.com) ā Polsonās city manager, Ed Meece, has resigned effective in 30 days as he takes a new administrator job in Cheney, Washington, prompting a leadership transition at City Hall. Mayor Laura Dever praised his work and said the administration is well staffed, while commissioners plan a special meeting next week to choose an interim manager and start recruiting his replacement.

Local runners and throwers from Polson, Ronan, Mission, Arlee, Charlo and Two Eagle River notched multiple wins and personal bests.
