This summer she’s helping at the Richland County Extension office while preparing a busy lineup of animals for the Richland County Fair before heading to college in Bismarck. 
• Elusive catch: Angler snags large paddlefish that was at large for 22 years (mt.gov) — A Sidney angler, Trevor Swisse, landed a nearly 117‑pound paddlefish near Sidney that biologists say has been roaming free for 22 years and may be more than 50 years old. Fishing with his two sons at Seven Sisters WMA, Swisse’s catch is one of Montana’s largest this year and offers scientists rare long-term data on paddlefish growth and age.
