Backed by resort-tax funding and local philanthropists, the effort aims to construct 10 homes a year so workers and families can keep living in the community they serve.

Work near Spencer Hill, Little Mountain, and Lion Mountain Loop will affect local access, so residents should plan extra travel time and watch for flaggers and pilot cars.
