The filings include termination-of-rights summonses, a proposed county road abandonment, a large sand-and-gravel pit near West Valley, and a statewide energy resource planning comment period. 
• The Daily Roundup: State to Host Public Hearing on Flathead Lake Club Sanitary Facilities (flatheadbeacon.com) — A new luxury development on Flathead Lake is under state review, with DEQ holding a virtual hearing Thursday on its water and wastewater plans.
