NRG Adventure Park Proposed for Former Younkers Store (omaha.com) β Oak View Mall's former Younkers building in Omaha could soon become an NRG Adventure Park, featuring trampolines, climbing walls, soft play areas, and virtual reality games. The City of Omaha is currently reviewing a major amendment to the mall's development agreement to allow indoor recreation, potentially breathing new life into the struggling property and adding a family attraction on the west side.
