• 21 Students Entered Nebraska Elite 11 Program (nebraskaagconnection.com) — A Seward student, Kathryn Naber, has been chosen for the Nebraska Elite 11 Veterinarian Program, a statewide effort to train more food-animal vets for rural communities. She’ll receive scholarship support and potential continued funding through a partnership with Iowa State as she prepares for a career in production animal medicine. 
• Stroh wins five-straight, maintains high jump record (keloland.com) — A standout South Dakota high jumper is headed to Concordia University in Seward bringing her five straight state titles and meet record experience with her. Jayaunna Stroh, one of her state’s most decorated track athletes, will compete in both volleyball and track, adding fresh talent and excitement for local fans following Concordia sports.
