• Final National Tour of Remembering Our Fallen to Stop in Spencer, Nebraska, July 29–August 2, 2026 (kbrx.com) — Spencer will host the national Remembering Our Fallen memorial at Spencer Community Hall from July 29 to August 2, 2026, with free admission for all visitors. A special program on August 1 will honor local fallen service member Thomas Blake Jr., dedicate a memorial in his name, and feature food from the Spencer American Legion while residents reflect on military sacrifice.
