• Douglas County West Community School District Public Notices 9/30/2026 (omahadailyrecord.com) — Douglas County West Community Schools will hold a public special board meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 2:30 p.m. at the central office board room in Valley. Recently approved minutes detail how the board adopted the 2026–27 budget and final tax request, discussed major facility projects like a high school roof replacement, and hired several new staff members serving Valley students.
