• Court documents charge Fargo man with murder (am1100theflag.com) — A police pursuit tied to a Fargo homicide investigation briefly put Waverly in the spotlight when the suspect's vehicle drove onto the I-80 shoulder near town toward a trooper deploying stop sticks. Nebraska State Patrol and local agencies ultimately stopped the car near the Ashland exit and arrested the driver, while Fargo police continue investigating the death discovered in a Fargo apartment.
