• Concordia Nebraska agriculture students host annual McLean Beef Dinner (ruralradio.com) — A Wisner student, Kayla Svoboda, was among Concordia University agriculture majors who helped plan, cook, and serve a sold-out McLean Beef Dinner in Seward this spring. Students designed multi-course menus, practiced food safety and preparation, and explained meat cuts and cooking methods to about 40 guests as part of a hands-on class project.
