• Lyon County deputies arrest two sex offenders for failing to register (mynews4.com) — Lyon County deputies recently arrested a Dayton resident, a Tier III registered sex offender, for allegedly failing to keep his registration current as required by Nevada law. Another Tier III offender from Fernley was also arrested, and authorities are urging residents to report any sex offenders they believe may be out of compliance with registration rules.
