• CCSD transportation issues lead to school confusion (ktnv.com) — A Henderson mom says her autistic son was mistakenly bused to the wrong Las Vegas high school on the first day, then faced long delays and tracking glitches on subsequent days. CCSD acknowledges districtwide routing problems tied to new software but says most routes are on time and tardies from bus issues will be excused. Families are urged to contact transportation directly with concerns.
   

• Southern Nevada school vaccine requirements unchanged after Trump executive order (fox5vegas.com) — Southern Nevada health officials say Nevada’s school vaccine requirements remain unchanged for now, despite a new Trump executive order recommending fewer childhood shots and separate MMR doses. The Southern Nevada Health District is still reviewing the federal changes and their insurance implications.
