Segler Water Reclamation Facility, boosting reliability and capacity to treat up to 44 million gallons of wastewater daily for local residents.
   

4. Judge ruling halts proposed Boulder City data center as Clark County reviews projects (news3lv.com) — Henderson leaders are steering a middle course on data centers, opting against a moratorium while requiring strict, negotiated development agreements for any future proposals. As Boulder City's project is halted and other counties impose bans, Henderson will scrutinize energy use, water, noise, and neighborhood impacts before allowing any data center to move forward, directly shaping future development near residents.
