- A man allegedly put on a clown mask and yelled that he had a bomb after driving a limo through security fences for McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas on Wednesday, according to an arrest report. Matthew Hancock, 36, was arrested on suspicion of dispersing a hoax substance, making a threat or false information about an act of terror or weapon of mass destruction, and trespassing. (News3LV)
- Las Vegas will welcome 2022 back in typical Las Vegas-style with fireworks on the Strip.
Officials announced Thursday that Vegas will once again have a huge fireworks display on Las Vegas Boulevard after not having one last year due to COVID. Further details of "America's Party 2022" will be released on Dec. 16 during a press conference at the Fashion Show Mall. (KTNV Las Vegas) - Vegan Dining Month will return to Las Vegas in January. - A bicyclist injured in a crash at East Flamingo and South Mojave roads last month has died at Sunrise Hospital. (Las Vegas Sun)
