Everything is handled remotely, so you do not need to bring your computer anywhere.
Pricing is $25 for up to 30 minutes, then $45/hour after that.
Message me with your device, what is going wrong, and any error message you are seeing. I’ll let you know first if it looks like something I can reasonably fix remotely.
You stay in control of your computer during the session. I will never ask you to share passwords or other sensitive credentials.
